How to play
Desktop
- Click Play, then pick a level from the level select screen (only unlocked ones are clickable).
- Use the Arrow keys or WASD to move — your ship fires automatically, so just focus on flying and dodging.
- Destroy enemies to clear the level's kill target; every 5th level ends with a boss fight instead.
- Fly through orbs dropped by destroyed enemies — collecting 5 upgrades your weapon, up to triple-shot.
- You have 3 hearts. Getting hit costs a heart and some orb power. Press the pause icon (top-left) anytime to pause.
Mobile
- Tap Play, then tap a level from the level select screen (only unlocked ones are tappable).
- Touch and drag anywhere on screen to fly — your ship follows your finger and fires automatically.
- Or use the on-screen left/right buttons for precise lane movement.
- Destroy enemies to clear the level's kill target; every 5th level ends with a boss fight instead.
- Fly through orbs to upgrade your weapon. You have 3 hearts — watch your hull and tap the pause icon (top-left) anytime to pause.
Game description
Nova Strike is a fast, retro-styled top-down space shooter. Pilot a lone fighter through 20 levels of alien waves, grab glowing power orbs to upgrade your weapon, and take down four armored bosses along the way. Your ship fires automatically — all you have to do is fly, dodge, and collect.
