How to play
Desktop
- Click Play, then pick a level from the level select screen (only unlocked ones are clickable).
- Move with the arrow keys or A/D, and jump with Space — hold for a higher jump.
- Stomp enemies by landing on top of them; touching them from the side costs a life.
- Collect coins and reach the flag to clear the level. Press Esc or P anytime to pause.
- You have 3 lives per level — run out and it's game over.
Mobile
- Tap Play, then tap a level from the level select screen (only unlocked ones are tappable).
- Use the on-screen arrow buttons to move and the JUMP button to jump.
- Stomp enemies by landing on top of them; touching them from the side costs a life.
- Collect coins and reach the flag to clear the level. Tap the pause icon (top-left) anytime to pause.
- You have 3 lives per level — run out and it's game over.
Game description
Coin Hopper is a free run-and-jump platformer. Race across 56 hand-tuned and procedurally-built levels, timing your jumps over pits and spikes, stomping enemies from above, and scooping up every coin you can find on the way to the flag. Levels start simple and get progressively tougher — wider gaps, more enemies, trickier platforming — as you unlock your way through all 56 stages. Plays right in the browser on desktop or mobile, no install needed.
